Recently Misfit Lit had a launch party at Cafe Deux Soliels where a great deal of poetry, fiction, slam, and rap was performed by various writers and artists. Michael Turner, our feature, was the biggest star. In exchange for his wonderful contribution we handed him a gift bag of goodies. What was the outcome of such a gift? Check it out on his blog at http://mtwebsit.blogspot.ca/2013/08/gift-bag-economy.html.
This Saturday at Trout Lake Park in Vancouver B.C. we will be sharing Misfit Lit in the sun all afternoon. Check out the Summer Dreams Literary Arts Festival website at https://sites.google.com/site/summerdreamsfest/.
